WORKOUTS – ONLY A FEW SHORT WORKOUTS A WEEK
Each session is no more then 20 minutes and places emphasis on high intensity training. This guarantees that we target the fat burning zone, accelerating results for all individuals. Others plans expect hours of exercise, which are commonly unsustainable and unrealistic.
