Through my experiences of working in London, it became undeniably apparent that all of my clients were searching for the same thing. To look good, be fit and exude happiness. After months of trial and error and much persistence, I was able to design the perfect plan for my clients. I was ensured the plan would not include unfilled promises or empty fads and fixes, like so many commercial diets today. Instead, it would radiate truths and realities allowing individuals to reach their goals in minimal time. It couldn’t be easier, so get ready to change your life with all that Fitanium has to offer.

NUTRITION – OUR SIMPLE GUIDE

It is back to basics with portion control in order to maintain your weight. You will know what to eat and when to eat it. By dispelling the fads and fixes, our simple guide will educate and show you just how easy and sumptuous healthy living can really be. We provide the tools for you to take complete control.

EXERCISE – DEVELOP A REAL AND TONED BODY

Age, shape and size are not significant. These exercises are tailored and progressive, ensuring that there is a plan suitable for all. Fitanium is not a guide for bodybuilding nor is it the encyclopedia for quick fixes. However, it is the guide for someone pursuing a toned and healthy body. My plans will have you shedding fat, whilst simultaneously developing a toned and lean physique.

WORKOUTS – ONLY A FEW SHORT WORKOUTS A WEEK

Each session is no more then 20 minutes and places emphasis on high intensity training. This guarantees that we target the fat burning zone, accelerating results for all individuals. Others plans expect hours of exercise, which are commonly unsustainable and unrealistic.

EQUIPMENT – NONE REQUIRED

SETTING – NO GYM NECESSARY

Being a member of a gym is not necessary, hooray! Workouts can be completed within your own home. It is after all safe, cheap and entirely practical.

Personally, I overcame major surgery by following these exact plans. Adding further validity to the safeness of Fitanium’s approach.

Having a potentially life threatening deformity that required major surgery was extremely frightening. Therefore it was paramount that I remained motivated throughout. Through working with a vast array of clientele over the years, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, allowing me to identify the ingredients to unstoppable motivation.
